Ordering  beef in bulk gives you great value for money, as well as the convenience of handy meal-sized packs of quality juicy meat in your freezer, saving you time and effort of wondering “what’s for dinner?”

Packaging your beef

Pete’s Chop Shop in Australind does an awesome job processing our beef. Sides are dry-aged for a minimum of 12 days for optimal eating qualities. After ageing, Pete cuts and packages the meat into convenient portions: 2 steaks to a pack, packs of 6 sausages, 500 g portions of mince etc.  Check out www.peteschopshop.com.au for more great deals on local lamb, fish and pork.

Products and Pricing

Full side of beef  ~ $12.50 per kg (price per kg prior to boning)

For the real beef lovers out there. Includes all the cuts from half of one animal. The amount of meat you end up with depends on the size of the animal. Before it has been boned out, our sides can weigh from 95 to 120 kg. After boning and cutting, you end up with 65 – 85 kg meat.

Quarter share in a side of beef ~ $17 per kg

A side of beef split 4 ways – you get a quarter share in all the cuts. Expect around 20 – 25 kg packaged beef, including mince and sausages (see the information below for more details on the cuts of beef).

10 kg Sampler carton ~ $140

A selection of our grass fed beef depending on availability. Can include mince, stir fry strips, ribs, roasts, diced steak and sausages.

10 kg Bulk mince ~ $140

In 500 g or 1 kg packets. Contains beef, beef and only beef. Vacuum sealed so the only thing inside the pack is our grass fed beef.

10 kg Bulk sausages ~ $110

In trays averaging 500g. Can be gluten-free or paleo if required.

After we have received your order and your deposit, please allow up to 21 days to receive your beef. Before your side of beef makes it to the butchers, we must first book in with our accredited abattoir, and also fill enough orders to warrant processing a whole animal. We will contact you once we receive your order to let you know an approximate delivery date. Full payment is required prior to delivery.
